MICHELLE LONG
Michelle Long has been a Personal Trainer for 10 years. She worked with Goodlife Fitness, was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Women’s Varsity StFX Basketball team, and trained various clients as a Freelance Trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with entrance scholarship, and is a Firefighter and Medical First Responder. She is a registered Kinesiologist with practical experience in a health clinic, with specialization in rehabilitation therapy. She has experience working alongside Olympic athletes in the Sport of Bobsleigh. Her motto is to train smarter not harder. - 2014-Canadian Sport Center Atlantic- record fastest 30m sprint
- 2006-2008- St. FX Varsity Hockey team member. Esso Nationals Team Nova Scotia Hockey Bronze Medal

- BSC in human kinetics with entrance scholarship and course based Nutrition
- Registered Kinesiologist with Functional Capacity Evaluation
- Certified Personal Trainer-CPTN, 10 years practical experience
- Certified level 2 Coach-NCCP
- Certified Strength And Conditioning Specialist- NSCA
- Medical First Responder-Red Cross
- Firefighter level 1 and 2 NFPA 101
